The Student Broadcast Council is composed of faculty, student, and commercial media members. It is responsible for all student broadcasting supported entirely or in part by student fees. The Council establishes general broadcasting policies and procedures, has authority over budgeted funds, and selects managers of broadcasting. It does not have authority over KUER Radio or any broadcasting carried on by an academic department . This collection consists of meetings minutes of the Student Broadcast Council. Most of the discussion concerns the operation of the student on-campus radio station K-UTE
